USDH Governance Dashboard
I built and deployed the USDH Governance Dashboard during an urgent governance event on Hyperliquid. Before this tool, community members had to track information across multiple websites and mostly saw only current state without clear aggregation of vote evolution. I built the project solo end-to-end: multi-source data pipeline, real-time update logic, frontend dashboard, and analytics. The dashboard gave the Hyperliquid community, validators, and observers a clearer view of declared vs on-chain votes and stake movement over time. It was mentioned by CoinDesk and Messari and reached 10K visits in 3 days.
