Who is responsible

Hugo Sequier operates this portfolio and is responsible for the processing described here. Privacy requests can be sent to sequierh@gmail.com.

Audience measurement and performance

On the production site, Vercel Web Analytics records aggregated page views and a small set of conversion events, while Vercel Speed Insights records web-performance measurements.

The approved event properties describe only the page, placement, form, or destination type. Names, email addresses, companies, form answers, identifiers, and booking details are not sent as analytics properties. These services are configured without advertising pixels, cross-site profiles, session replay, or analytics cookies.

The purpose is to understand whether public content works and to diagnose site performance. The legal basis is the operator's legitimate interest in measuring and improving this site. Aggregate analytics must not be retained for more than 12 months.

Contact forms and former diagnostic intake

General contact

The general form collects your name, email address, requested service, and message so Hugo can read and respond to your enquiry. The message is delivered through Resend to Hugo's email inbox. The site does not add the submission to a separate contact database.

Former AI Workflow Diagnostic intake

The former diagnostic form is no longer available on this portfolio. It collected a name, work email, company, role, and supplied business context for human review in Convex. Existing submissions remain subject to the 90-day deletion period stated below.

These processing activities are used to take steps at your request before a possible engagement and, where applicable, for the legitimate interest of answering professional enquiries. Completing the forms is voluntary, but the required fields are needed to respond.

Recipients and providers

• Vercel hosts the site and provides aggregated analytics and performance measurements on the production site.
• Resend transmits general contact messages by email.
• Convex stores any former diagnostic submissions until their scheduled deletion.
• Calendly received no form answers from this site; it was previously offered only as an independent booking link after a confirmed diagnostic submission.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable contractual safeguards. Their own notices govern processing that happens after you independently open an external service.

Retention

• Unsuccessful form attempts are not intentionally stored by this site.
• Diagnostic submissions are deleted from the intake database after 90 days.
• General contact messages are retained for up to 12 months after the last relevant exchange unless an engagement begins.
• Aggregate analytics are retained for no more than 12 months.
• Information needed for an engagement, dispute, or legal obligation may be retained separately for the applicable contractual or statutory period.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to use of your personal data. Send a request to sequierh@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Changes

This policy is updated when the forms, providers, purposes, or retention rules change. The version date at the top identifies the notice that applies.
