01 / Brief

Solution

I built Iryna Discord Bot as a solo developer for the official Irys Discord, under CMO direction. Before Iryna, the team had to combine many different bots to handle moderation, onboarding, games, banned words, and community operations. Iryna replaced this fragmented setup with one custom bot aligned with Irys needs. I implemented the full system: moderation commands, anti-spam protections, onboarding and gamification features, community activity tracking (messages, points, usage stats), and AI experiences including RAG support for developers and conversational interactions in specific channels. The bot scaled to 150K+ community users and was continuously improved over 5-6 months through feature additions and command tuning.
