For €4,000 excluding VAT, assess one AI-assisted document or plan workflow across 10 business days before considering production integration. The diagnostic maps the operating boundary, baseline, representative cases, model failure modes, permissions, deterministic controls, human approval, logs, fallback, and recovery.

The fixed input boundary is up to three stakeholder interviews, up to three data or document categories, and approximately 5–10 sanitized examples supplied or validated by the client team. Five core artifacts are delivered: a bounded workflow map, evaluation summary, permission matrix, observable failure register, and go/no-go recommendation. A controlled pilot specification is added only when the evidence supports moving forward. Production deployment and professional compliance sign-off are outside the diagnostic.

I hold an engineering degree specializing in Data and Artificial Intelligence. I have seven years of software-development experience and three years in data science.
